Pedestrian parapets are used in applications where there is a possibility of a fall from height. In this type of situation, a basic pedestrian guard rail is not suitable. Typical applications for P4 Barrier include Footbridges, Stairways, Ramps, Retaining Walls – basically anywhere there is pedestrian, cyclists and equestrian traffic. All systems are manufactured in accordance with ISO 9001:2000.
Pedestrian parapets can be fixed using either cast in stainless steel cradle units, or if required they can also be fixed using a resin fixed stainless steel socket which is resin anchored into a cored hole.
Aluminium Systems
These can be manufactured to suit bespoke site conditions. They are made from environmentally friendly, maintenance free aluminium.
